A huge thank you to the folk at Blackburn for giving out free lights today in London. But it wasn’t all happy days.
South London Loop
I road this new route around south London a few weekends ago, it took me 1:09:52. If you live in the area and like riding, try beat this time. Its not at all fast but it will be fun to see how can.

TRAINING LOG #2
Adam and I left work in Parsons Green heading in towards central London, using embankment as a good distance with flow. We crossed Vauxhall bridge and headed east towards London Bridge.
Parsons Green to Peckham in 60sec
I shot this video from a contourHD 720, mounted onto my helmet. This video starts at normal speed and then exponentially increases speed until I reached my destination. At which time the speed of the video was 300x faster than normal speed.
Roady Steady Go
