Winter Training Update
I think the variety is important with training at this time of year, as too much of any one thing (particularly the turbo trainer) can get very monotonous.

MTB ride – Peas Lake
We look forward to meeting all the new folk on this event. Peas Lake is a great place to ride mountains and good trails that aren’t too far from London by train.
