Chewing up the miles

Hi my name is Mike Armstrong. I have the privilege of living in one of Africa’s most stunning play grounds South African. I have been riding competitively now for over 3 years and enjoy my roady in the training season. The last two years have seen a significant growth in the Biking market. South African has some of the best mountain biking terrain around.

This year I am enjoying my sabbatical from racing and have enjoy the relaxing time on the sandy shoes with friends and family. I am looking forward to next seasons riding and the numerous bike parks that have sprung up this year.

I look forward to writing more about my experiences in the saddle, and sharing my training program and comp results in the coming months.
